PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a driving current, by providing the opening patterns of positions shifted to each other to the 1st-4th conductor sheets provided on a magnetic film and insulated from each other and applying the series connection between the 1st and 3rd sheets and between the 2nd and 4th sheets respectively. CONSTITUTION:The 1st-4th conductor sheet layers 31-34 are laminated on a magnetic film 30 for magnetic bubble via insulated films 35. The opening patterns 36-39 are formed to the sheets 31-34 respectively with alignment of side faces of the patterns and at the positions shifted by 1/2 to each other. The series connections are applied between the 1st and 3rd sheets and between the 2nd and 4th sheets respectively. Then these sheets conduct 45-48. As a result, the efficiency is improved to an induced magnetic field of the driving current. Thus a bubble memory of a high speed and high density is obtained and can be applied to a solid electronic file memory. |
