The lighting device (10) has a light conductor (12) which consists of a coupling area (29) and decoupling areas (36,38,40,42,43) and is equipped to conduct light to the decoupling area. The light is coupled over the coupling areas. The light conductor has two sections (14,16) formed of different materials which are different in their temperature resistances. The former section consists of liquid silicone rubber or glass. One of the materials of the light conductor section is a polymethylmethacrylate or polycarbonate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a lighting device. |
