PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient vibration eliminating effect as to a balance, by utilizing a multiplied effect of a vibration absorbing operation by a minute air- gap part formed between each sand, and a surplus vibration suppressing operation by a balance setting base made of iron itsef. CONSTITUTION:In a box containing specified mixed sand 9, a support of a rack base is buried in the sand until it reaches a part shown by a dotted line 6-1, and thereafter, vibration is given to the box 8 so that thickness of the sand 9 becomes about 2/3 of its original thickness. In this way, the rack base consisting of plural supports 6 and an upper face plate 5 and a lower face plate 5-1 which are formed as one body on its upper and lower end parts contacts with the layer of the sand 9, by which an effective vibration absorbing operation is obtained. Also, a balance setting base 4 made of iron, having a surplus vibration suppressing operation is provided on the upper face plate 5 through a vibration absorbing plate 7 consisting of an iron plate and a rubber plate. A balance 1 is placed on the upper face of this setting base 4 through a vibration absorbing rubber plate 3 and a leg 2 of the balance 1 itself. |
