PURPOSE:To minimize the loss in the heat energy in a heating furnace, by providing an extracting door and an auxiliary door in the outlet of the furnace, and opening both doors properly in accordance with the extracting system of steel ingots or the like thereby minimizing the spacing for extracting the ingots. CONSTITUTION:Two notches 6A, 6B are provided to the extracting door 5 in the outlet 4 of a heating furnace 2 so as to enable the extracting of steel ingots 1A in plural rows and to minimize the spacing therebetween. An opening 7 for extracting in a single row and extracting a 45 deg. inclined ingot is provided above the notch 6A of the door 5. Auxiliary doors 8A, 8B for opening and closing the opening 7 are mounted to the door 5 movably by means of cylinders 10A, 10B. In the stage of extracting plural rows, the door 5 is properly moved upward with a driving device 9 and ingots 1A are extracted through the notches 6A, 6B. In the case of extracting a single row or with 45 deg. inclination, the opening 7 of the door 5 is mated with the outlet 4 and the doors 8A, 8B are properly opened by the cylinders 10A, 10B, then the ingots 1A are extracted. |
