PURPOSE: An apparatus for making fermentation liquor and vinegar is provided to shorten vinegar making time by promoting acetic acid fermentation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making vinegar with a vinegar-making mode and fermentation liquor-making mode comprises: a housing; a container(100) placed in the house; a temperature maintain device for maintaining fermentation temperature for fermentation liquor or vinegar; an air injection device(400) for supplying outside air into the container; and an auxiliary container inside the container, containing materials for fermentation liquor or vinegar. The air injection device has an air pump(410) mounted in the housing and an air induction pipe(420) for inducing cir to the container.
