PURPOSE: A data exchanging device, a message service device, and a pended message processing method are provided to supply a stored message stored in a storing medium according to complete a location registration for a voice service to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(221) receives a pended message from a message service device when a terminal is available for receiving a message. A receiving terminal stores the received message in a storing medium. The receiving unit receives the received message in a storing medium. A location registration unit(222) requests a location registration to a voice exchanging unit as the pended message is received. A transmission unit(223) transmits a message informing completion of location registration in the terminal as the location registration unit receives request response. The transmission unit transmits a message stored in the storing medium to the terminal. |
