PURPOSE: An adaptive content transmitting system of a DLNA home network and a method thereof are provided to supply content matched to a device which desires a display based on device information and device performance information about device of a DLNA home network. CONSTITUTION: A content management server(600) receives an objective content having each different capacity and format from the contents providing server which stores objective content requested among a plurality of content providing servers. The content management server determines whether the objective content is available for display in a device based on device information and device performance information in the received objective content. The content management server selects one or more objective contents which is available for a display. The content management server transmits the objective content to a home gateway. |
