A fungicidal composition having fertilizer properties, the composition containing a high percentage of potassium polyphosphite is disclosed. The composition is useful as a fungicide and as a fertilizer for application to plants and, particularly, commercial crops. A method of making the polyphosphite composition is described, as well as methods of using same.
