PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting waste fishing net for manufacturing solid fuel is provided to recycle waste fishing net and to easily crush the waste fishing net into a solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cutting waste fishing net comprises: a preheating device(1) having a preheater(12a)(14a) at a guide part for passing the waste fishing net between a press roller and guide unit; a heater(2) for heating the waste fishing net by nearly melting point; a cooler(3) which quickly cools the waste fishing net by room temperature; and a cutter(4) for cutting the waste fishing net.
