摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method for joining light metals and/or alloys, comprises coating joining zones of light metal with a metal such as copper, zinc or tin and its compounds and/or an alloy of the metals with light metals to be coated before the joining. The areas of the light metal to be coated are coated with a further metal such as copper, zinc or tin and its compounds and/or the alloy of the metals with light metals to be coated that are subjected together to the surface of the light metal to be joined, and the coated surface and/or coatings are locally melted. #CMT# : #/CMT# The method for joining light metals and/or alloys, comprises coating joining zones of light metal with a metal such as copper, zinc or tin and its compounds and/or an alloy of the metals with light metals to be coated before the joining. The areas of the light metal to be coated are coated with a further metal such as copper, zinc or tin and its compounds and/or the alloy of the metals with light metals to be coated that are subjected together to the surface of the light metal to be joined, and the coated surface and/or coatings are locally melted. An oxidation layer is partially removed from the surface to be joined. The natural oxide layers are permanently replaced during coating with a metallic cover. The coating is carried out through immersion in a chemical bath or through applying the solution on the joint position by means of redox reaction. The process is carried out through applying an electrical voltage. The metallic coating is carried out through galvanizing or other conventional coating methods such as flame spraying with a greater thickness of 50 mu m or more. The melting of the coating is carried out during joining through resistive heating by current flow over the interface, local inductive heating in the area of the surfaces to be joined, through heating both components in an oven and heating with a flame. The coating is heated during the joining at a temperature, which is higher than the melting temperature of the coating. The joining process is kept at the temperature until the border area is completely solidified through isothermal solidification. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method useful for joining light metals and/or alloys such as aluminum, aluminum alloys or aluminum mold parts, and further metal of zinc or its compounds (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method ensures joining of light metals and/or alloys with improved strength and flexibility. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows a graph of a concentration of a light metal and metal coating in the area of the joining zone (Drawing includes non-English language text).
