PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with high magnetic flux density and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the growth of crystal grains by forming fine precipitate using V. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with high magnetic flux density is composed of carbon less than 0.005 weight%, silicon 0.1~4.5 weight%, manganese 0.1~0.7 weight%, phosphorous less than 0.1 weight%, aluminum less than 0.001 weight%, sulfur 0.0009~0.005 weight%, nitrogen less than 0.004 weight%, titanium less than 0.005 weight%, vanadium 0.005~0.05 weight%, residual iron, and inevitable impurities. |
