METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TRANSFER SERVICE USING MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A transportation transferring service method using a mobile communication terminal and a system thereof are provided to download some content about transportation traffic information form an AP(Access Point) which is installed in a station to a destination, thereby reducing a load of a mobile communication terminal and receiving public transportation transfer service. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(104) is installed in a bus stop and receives public transportation transfer service call signal from a mobile communication terminal. A bus searching unit(106) searches information related to a bus line through a bus information database based on departure and destination included in a call signal. The information searching unit(108) integrated information related to the searched bus line map and generates the bus line map. An information transfer unit(112) transmits the bus line map to the mobile communication terminal.
