PURPOSE: A starfish dryer is provided, which can efficiently dry a starfish containing moisture through a consistent process. CONSTITUTION: A starfish dryer comprises: a storage room(1) which temporarily receives a starfish containing moisture; a drying room(15) for drying the starfish provided from the storage room through a hopper; a cylindrical housing; a rotary drum in which a plurality of holes are formed; a nozzle unit(22) for supplying hot air into the rotary drum; a hot air supply pipe connected to the nozzle unit; and a drier(10) equipped with a hot air feeder supplying hot air to the inside of the housing.
