PURPOSE: A producing apparatus for polymer latex resin powder, and a producing method of the polymer latex resin powder using thereof are provided to obtain slurry with the high solid portion content. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for polymer latex resin powder comprises a latex tank, a coagulation tank, an aging tank, a dehydrator, and a dryer. The coagulation tank and the aging tank is included inside an integrated reactor(100). The integrated reactor includes more than one kind of barrel pin, and internal stirrers. The integrated reactor performs a coagulation process and an aging process of polymers at the same time.
