PURPOSE: An automation system of a press device for processing an engine valve for a vessel is provided to enhance the production speed and quality of a product since data is created based on a temperature, a pressure, a speed and a time, which are required for a press process. CONSTITUTION: An automation system(1000) of a press device for processing an engine valve for a vessel comprises an input(100), a detection unit(300) and an output(400). In order that the operations of a press hammer, a moving bolster and a stem and the preheating temperature of a mold and the press hammer are controlled, the control values of control items are input to the input as accurate numeric values. A controller controls the operations of the press hammer, the moving bolster and the stem, and the preheating temperatures of the mole and the press hammer according to the control values of the control items. The detection unit collects operation-state information and processed-state information. The output receives the status information and displays an image to an administrator.
