PURPOSE: A stadium chair is provided, which makes a structure of a rotary motion part simple and reduces chair manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A stadium chair comprises: a seat plate(20); first and second frames(30,31) combined with both sides of the seat plate; a seat plate bracket formed in both sides of the seat plate; a bushing which is fixed to and combined with side the seat plate bracket and in which a cut surface is formed; a pivot shaft(61a) in which one side is inserted into the bushing and a hanging protrusion is formed in both sides of the circumference; a pivot shaft receiving part formed in both sides of the first and second frames; and a seat back(50) combined with upper both sides of the first and second frames.
