PURPOSE: A post equipped with a gear-type small winch having a bidirectional stopper is provided to prevent accidents and improve work efficiency in inspection or maintenance of lamps and indicators by allowing the worker to carry out work on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A post comprises a wire drum(6), a manual handle(7), a gear winch(8), wire drum mounting grooves, a cable cover, and an insert member(5). The wire drum comprises a wire drum brake, a wire drum pulley, a wire, and a manual handle insertion groove. The manual handle is to activate the wire drum. The gear winch is to activate the wire drum. The wire drum mounting grooves are formed on the top of the post to attach and detach the wire drum. The cable cover is formed on the bottom of the post to finish cables in the post. The insert member is to secure the post not to shake.
