PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a galvannealed steel sheet is provided to reduce the coefficient of surface friction of a galvannealed steel sheet by forming a lubricating film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a galvannealed steel sheet is as follows. When a water-cooling process of a steel sheet is performed, water or solution droplets are sprayed on the steel sheet. -3~-50 kV voltage is applied to the water or the solution droplets using an electrifying electrode. The electrified steel sheet is cooled.
