PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing 5-Aminolevulinic acid(ALA) is provided to treat acne with high stability of active ingredients and preservation and to relieve skin trouble. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 1-20 weight% of 5-Aminolevulinic acid, 0.1-30 weight% of purified water, 0.001-20 weight% of ginseng saponin Rg2, 1-60 weight% of propylene glycol, and 0.1-30 weight% of ethanol. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of emulsion, lotion or cream.
