PURPOSE: An FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) fan manufacturing method is provided to enable the weight of the FRP fan to be appropriately maintained since a given part of the FRP fan is reinforced by the reinforcing part of the same material as the FRP fan. CONSTITUTION: An FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) fan manufacturing method is as follows. A plurality of glass fiber sheets are overlapped on the inside of a mold through bonding resin to shape an upper plate(22) and a lower plate(24). The inner sides of the upper and lower plates are bonded, and thus a fan body(20) with a streamlined section is formed. A hollow portion is formed in the fan body, and a curved portion(23) is formed on the front side of the fan body. For the glass fiber sheets to cover the curved portion of the fan body, the sheets are overlapped, and a reinforcing sheet unit(30) is formed on the curved portion of the fan body.
