PURPOSE: A magpie repelling apparatus is provided, which can prevent power failure accident due to magpie by preventing magpie from making a nest on an electric pole. CONSTITUTION: A magpie repelling apparatus comprises: a central insertion hole(12) into which a bolt of an electric pole is inserted and forms a rotary shaft; a support plate(16) which is bigger than the thickness at the location adjacent to the external end of the support plate and in which the central insertion hole locates in the center thereof and the surface of first and second plates is blocked forward and backward; and a plurality of blades(14) which are projected from the surface of first and second plates.
