PURPOSE: A cooling and heat radiation device of a lamp and a streetlight for using the same are provided to minimize power consumption in discharge heat by simplifying the structure of the streetlight. CONSTITUTION: A heat transmission block(31) is installed in a lamp. The heat transmission block is installed in one side of a heat pipe(32). A radiator(40) discharge heat inside the streetlight and is connected to the other side of the heat pipe.
