发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING LIGHT-GAGE AMORPHOUS MAGNETIC ALLOY STRIP
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristic of an amorphous magnetic alloy strip in mass production by heating the preferentially amorphous magnetic alloy strip having a positive magnetostriction constant at the curie temp. or above and the crystallization temp. or below under adequate tension then cooling the strip in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A preferentially amorphous light-gage magnetic alloy strip 1 having a positive magnetostriction constant such as Fe81B13.5Si3.5C2 or the like is introduced into a heating furnace 4 under the specified tension of about 9-11kg/ mm.<2> applied by a disc brake 2 and after the levelness of said strip 1 is improved by rollers 3 for press contact, the strip 1 is passed through said heating furnace 4 having a through-port and is heated at the temp. substantially higher than the curie temp. and lower than the crystallization temp. The heated and elongated strip 1 is then passed through a solenoid coil 5 and is cooled amidst the magnetizing force of about 10-50Oe and thereafter the strip is passed through rollers 6 for quick cooling by which the strip is cooled. The light-gage amorphous alloy strip having the remarkably improved magnetizing characteristic in the longitudinal direction is taken up in a take-up part 7.
