PURPOSE: An opening/closing apparatus for a thermal insulating cover, including an actuator is provided to use a manual operation unit to open and close the thermal insulating cover, during a blackout or a malfunction. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing apparatus for a thermal insulating cover comprises an actuator(20). The actuator includes a motor drive structure formed with the following: a reversible motor(21) rotating a drive shaft(21a); and a speed reduction gear unit(22) increasing the rotational force generated from the drive shaft, and transferring the rotational force to a drum shaft(10) using a speed-reduction shaft(23). The drive shaft is connected to manual operating units(24,25) including manual shafts(24a,25a). |
