PRASUGREL DISULFONATE SALTS AND CRYSTALS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A prasugrel disulfonate with improved physiochemical property and a crystal thereof are provided to ensure stability, non-hygroscopicity and dissolubility. CONSTITUTION: A prasugrel disulfonate is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, HA is 1,2-ethandisulfonic acid or 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid. The prasugrel disulfonate or crystal thereof is prepared by contacting prasugrel with disulfonic acid in inactive organic solvent. The inactive organic solvent is acetone, isopropanol, tetrahydrofurane or acetonitrile. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating ischemic disease contains the prasugrel disulfonate or crystal thereof as an active ingredient and pharmacueitcally acceptable carrier, diluents or excipient. The pharmaceutical composition is used in the form of oral administration.
