PURPOSE: A payment relay system and a method thereof are provided to supply credit payment service through a mobile communication terminal, thereby removing the danger of duplication of a credit card. CONSTITUTION: A member store terminal(100) transmits a serial number of receipt to a relay agency(300). A mobile communication terminal(200) transmits a payment serial number to the relay organization. The relay organization requests a credit card number to a mobile communication terminal. A credit card company(400) request an input of the password of the credit card to the mobile communication terminal. The relay organization requests a payment approval to a credit card company. The credit card company authorizes the payment.
