PURPOSE: Printing method and a solvent absorber used therefor are provided to shorten the absorption time of a solvent by absorbing the solvent in mass. CONSTITUTION: A printing method is for printing a pattern comprising ink on a surface of a printed material by transferring the ink onto the surface of the printed material. The printing method comprises the steps of: removing the solvent impregnated in a silicon blanket through a solvent absorber by contacting the solvent absorber on the surface on the silicon blanket; and forming a surface which contacts the surface of the blanket by using a composition including a silicon rubber and a silicon gel.
