PURPOSE: A load measuring apparatus having a damping function is provided to easily measure a load by applying a damping force to an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A load measuring apparatus having a damping function comprises an elastic member(120), strain gauges(152,154), a base(160), and a damping unit. The elastic member comprises a top surface(126) and a bottom surface in which the strain gauges are respectively formed. A fixed end(124) of the elastic member is fixed to the base. The damping unit provides a damping force to the elastic member comprises a magnetic member(140) which is fixed to the elastic member and a magnet(164) which is fixed to the base opposite to the magnetic member.
