PURPOSE: A brightness enhancement film and a manufacturing method thereof are intended so that until a product is manufactured, a mold is laminated on a surface with a pattern and thus can be used instead of a protective film in movement or storage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a brightness enhancement film is as follows. A mold(110) is formed using polymer resin. A first support film(120), a reflective polarizing sheet(130), and a second support film(140) are sequentially laminated on the bottom of the mold. The laminated film is hot-pressed.
