PURPOSE: A construction method of the floor of a swimming pool and a fountain inside a park and a housing complex is provided to have twinkle effects on water in a swimming pool and a fountain by natural light and artificial light sources. Floor finishing material for swimming pools and fountains is applied on the surface of the floor, so a waterproofing and recursive reflection layer is formed on the floor. The surface of the waterproofing and recursive reflection layer is etched by sand blast, so the surface of the waterproofing and recursive reflection layer is unevenly processed.
