PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by reflecting incident light to a photoactive layer. CONSTITUTION: A reflection layer(200) is arranged on one side of a thin film solar cell(100). The thin film solar cell and the reflection layer are laminated. The reflection layer is made by coating the reflective material on a base material and is adhered to the thin film solar cell by a thermosetting adhesive(20).
