PURPOSE: A propose system on an online community and an operating method thereof are provided to enable a user to write and transfer a message on the online community, thereby realizing a smooth human network. CONSTITUTION: The first user designates a receiver in a community and registers information using a tool(218). Information registration is automatically or manually notified to a receiver that the first user designates(220). The second user reads the information from the community(226). The second user evaluates satisfaction, completion, creation, and beauty of the information to register evaluation content(228). The information includes confession, proposal of marriage, and apology. |
