PURPOSE: A cooking method using an automatic pressure double boiling machine is provided to prevent active components of ingredients from leaking, and heating the ingredients with steam inside a sealed structure. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method using an automatic pressure double boiling machine comprises the following steps: inserting various ingredients and herbs into a germanium porcelain inner pot unit(A1); pouring water into a recess inside the double boiling machine(A2); sealing the inside of the double boiling machine(A3); inputting the time and the cooking method by the ingredients and herbs using an input unit(A4); transferring the operational signal using a controller by the input information, and checking the condition of the double boiling machine(A6,A7); and generating steam using a heater heating a heating plate(A8). |
