PURPOSE: A producing method of seasoned beef ribs is provided to offer the functionality and the rich flavor of pyroligneous liquor by soaking beef ribs into sauce containing the pyroligneous liquor stored inside a bamboo container. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned beef ribs comprises the following steps: inserting seasoning sauce into a bamboo container; dipping beef ribs into the bamboo container, and firstly aging after ultrasonic treating, low frequency treating, electric field treating, or magnetic field treating; and secondly aging the ribs inside the bamboo container at 4~10deg C for 24~72hours. |
