PURPOSE: A grating safety cover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure smooth drainage and prevent heels, baby carrier wheels, and other goods from falling into a grating. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a grating safety cover is as follows. A perforated plate(10) having a plurality of holes passing through the top and bottom is prepared. Semi-conical columns having a diameter smaller than that of the holes are inserted into the respective holes of the perforated plate so that the exterior of the column is separate from the interior of the hole. An elastic material such as urethane resin is spread on the top of the perforated layer in which the semi-conical columns are inserted, thereby forming a top layer. The semi-conical columns are separated. |
