PURPOSE: A method for processing the surface of a silicon solar cell is provided to increase the efficiency of a solar cell by giving super hydrophile property. CONSTITUTION: A preprocess of degreasing, etching, and neutralizing is performed. A porous film is coated on a silicon solar cell. A super hydrophilic resin thin film is formed on the silicon solar cell. A solar cell is dried at 130 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes and is dried at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes. |
