PURPOSE: A wireless tag and a fabrication method thereof are provided to prevent the cutting of a wiring pattern on an Inlet even by arranging protrusions on a surface of a protection member when excessive bending force is applied to the wireless tag. CONSTITUTION: A base sheet(13) includes an antenna pattern(12) and can be bent. A circuit chip(11) is mounted at the base sheet and is connected to the antenna pattern. A protection member(14) covers the base sheet and the circuit chip, and has the lower strength than the base sheet. Protrusions(15) are arranged on the surface of the protection member and has higher strength than the base sheet. When a protection member is bent over a certain degree, the protrusions are arranged on a place in which the protrusions interfere with the other adjacent protrusions.
