METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING THE USER OF WEB SERVICE USING PHYSICAL NETWORK ADDRESS ON INTRANET

PURPOSE: A method for authenticating a web service user using a physical network address on the intranet is provided to simplify the procedure of authentication by omitting a key confirmation based authentication process. CONSTITUTION: An arbitrary user attempts to access the service system of an object(S201). The authentication module of the service system verifies the internet protocol(IP) of the user(S202). The media access control address(MACA) of the user is verifies based on the data base of the service system(S204). A key authentication process with respect to the key information of the user is implemented(S205). The corresponding IP and the MACA of the user are saved in the data base of the service system(S206).
