PURPOSE: A parts grip device and a parts moving device having the same are provided to grip various kinds of circuit boards through an elastic member capable of receiving gas therein. CONSTITUTION: A component gripping unit comprises a frame and a clamp(150). The clamp is combined with the frame and grips a component. The clamp includes an elastic member(180). The elastic member can receives gas therein.
