PURPOSE: A screen fishing game device and a method thereof are provided, which enables a user to enjoy a fishing game in an indoor place and improves quality of the fishing game. CONSTITUTION: A screen fishing game device comprises: a large screen(1); a projector(2) projecting a fishing image on the large screen; a remote controller(3) outputting a remote control signal; a location perception unit(100) sensing the movement of a control rod in the front of the large screen; a control rod(200) transmitting IR signal; and a control unit(300) displaying a float on the screen and controlling a fishing game.
