SYSTEM FOR MEASURING SERVICE QUALITY BASED-EXPERIENCE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for measuring service quality based on an IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) user experience and a method thereof are provided to measure satisfaction about IPTV quality. CONSTITUTION: A test unit(410) configures a test video by a quality condition for IPTV service quality measurement. The test unit configures a test video by a channel conversion time zone or a test video by an instant stop frequency. A feeling based test result input unit(420) receives a survey result for satisfaction according to the test video by a quality condition from a user. A feeling based quality level determining unit(430) determines an IPTV service quality level using the survey result.
