PURPOSE: A generator using t flow speed of fluid and a magnetized-water discharging device comprising the same are provided to enable water to be smoothly magnetized in a generating process since the fluid collides with a impeller blade of a magnet-equipped rotor(30) causing the magnet-equipped rotor to rotate. CONSTITUTION: A generator using the flow speed of fluid comprises a first body(10), a coli-equipped generating element(20), a magnet-equipped rotor(30), and a second body(40). The first body comprises a generating-element installation hole. A coil-equipped generating element is located in the generating-element installation hole and comprises a generating coil. The magnet-equipped rotor is located outside the coil-equipped generating element. The magnet-equipped rotor comprises an N-pole permanent magnet(31) and a S-pole permanent magnet(32). The magnet-equipped rotor comprises an impeller blade(33) and generates torque if colliding with the flow of fluid. The magnet-equipped rotor generates electrical energy during rotation.
