PURPOSE: A circular filtering plate and a filtering device having the same are provided to reduce water pressure and to relieve load. CONSTITUTION: A circular filtering plate comprises: inner and outer rim parts(230,220) at the inside and outside of a circular fraction board(210); a plurality of inlet holes(221) formed along the circumference at the outer rim part for receiving water; a discharge hole(231) for discharging purified water at the center of inner rim part; and a filter(270) at the upper or lower portions of the fraction board. |
