APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING 1 LIQUID TYPE NON-HARDENED WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE COMPOSITION USING WASTE RUBBER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A one-component type non-hardened waterproofing material is provided to maximize the availability of waste rubber, to reduce pollution generated in the treatment of waste rubber, and to prevent the breaking and lifting of a waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: A one-component type non-hardened waterproofing material using waste rubber comprises the steps of: mixing 10~15 parts by weight of waste rubber chips and 20~25 parts by weight of oil and heating the mixture to 200~230°C; preparing fine powder from waste rubber chips using mechanical shearing stress; mixing 29.6~40 parts by weight of emulsified asphalt with the fine powder; mixing 8~13 parts by weight of filler, 1~2 parts by weight of surfactant and 0.1~0.4 parts by weight of anti-aging agent while maintaining the temperature at 90~100°C; and mixing 3~6 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber with 5~9 parts by weight of natural rubber.
