PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner equipped with a liquid filter using rotating force of liquid material is provided so that find dust is totally filtered out in twice since some of unfiltered fine dust is adsorbed to a liquid material. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner equipped with a liquid filter using rotating force of liquid material comprises a motor(15), a suction fan(16), a first filter(14) and a water collecting tank(12). The water collecting tank comprises a polluted-air intake port(17), a liquid filter(19) and a barrier. The polluted air, which has been first filtered out of the first filter by the rotation of the suction fan, flows into the polluted-air intake port. The liquid filter is connected to the polluted-air intake port and stores the liquid material. The barrier is installed toward the center in the liquid filter. The liquid material and the polluted air are rotated in the liquid filter by the suction force of the polluted air.
