摘要 PURPOSE: A high efficiency switching capacitor power conversion is provided to generate a gate driver signal without the waste of the suitable electric energy by using a resonant LC circuit within a oscillator block. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator block(106) produces 2- phase clock of 4 kinds version by receiving the oscillator supply voltage from the oscillator voltage source. A 2-phase clock controls SCB(Switched Capacitor Block)(102,104). A SCBs change the input voltage(110) which more lows for the forward motion into the higher output voltage which is similar to, asymptotically. The SCB offers the same output voltage as the output current for the first clock phase. The SCB offers the same output voltage as the output current for the second clock phase.
