PURPOSE: A device for eliminating sticked matters is provided to easily eliminate sticked matters by collecting separated sticked matters to a dust collecting unit through forceful air suction. CONSTITUTION: A device for eliminating sticked matters comprises a shoulder hanging body unit(10), a dust collecting unit, an electric blowing unit, a suction guiding unit(40), and a rip unit. The dust collecting unit is installed in the suction port(12) of the body unit. The electric blowing unit generates forceful suction force in the dust collecting unit. The suction guiding unit comprises a flexible pipe(41), a suction pipe(42), and a suction nozzle(43). The suction pipe is connected to the front end of the flexible pipe. The suction nozzle is rotatably connected to the front end of the suction pipe. The rip unit has a brush. The brush forcefully separates sticked matters.
