PURPOSE: A PCB and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A torroid core(21) for the coil of the ring shape is formed in the internal space of the printed circuit board. An embedded coil(23) is separated with the torroid core. The torroid core is located inside the core groove formed inside the printed circuit board. The bottom adhesive sheet is located to the bottom side of the torroid core. The top adhesive sheet is located on the top of the torroid core. The lower-part sheet and copper foil layer are located to the lower part of the substrate base.
