PURPOSE: A composition containing natural plant agent for treating athlete's foot and eczema and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure antibacterial effect and to prevent side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating athlete's foot and eczema contains natural plant extract containing pyroligneous liquor, plantago asiatica, acanthopanacis Cortex, coptidis Rhizoma, glycyrrhizae radix, aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, and Cryperi Rhizoma. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of selecting and washing the natural plants(first process); a step of cutting the natural plants in a length of 1-10mm(second process); a step of mixing the natural plants and making in a drug(third process); a step of adding vinegar(forth process); and a step of maturing at 20-40°C for 10-30 months(fifth process).
