PURPOSE: A minimum attack surgical instrument and a usage method thereof are provided to perform an elaborate operation by using a simple driving control element. CONSTITUTION: A minimum attack surgical instrument includes a shaft(100), a control knob(110), an end-effecter(120), a first operation shaft(130), a second operation shaft(140), a first operation shaft(150) and a second operation shaft(160). The minimum attack surgical instrument includes a pitch control unit(200), a first control unit(300), a second control unit(400), a pitch operation unit(600), a first operation unit(700) and a second operation unit(800). The first operation shaft and the second operation shaft are arranged in one side of the shaft. The first operation shaft and the second operation shaft are arranged in the other side of the shaft.
